Question by ikanmls: call centre script?
does anyone have standard template of “IVR script “for phone banking?
template of phone banking script, such as
saluting: ” thank you for calling ABC Company..”
“press 1 for banking transaction..”
or if you guys know any website/link (free) or any information bout that, please tell me.

Just call Capital One (the credit card company). The automated system will come on right away and you can record the call. Select the menu items one at a time and return to the main menu. Then you will have a pretty good idea on how to create your script.
