Thanks for this video (and the blog and this channel), it has a lot of great info. I am just getting into ShoreTel administration at my new job, and am learning how everything works. Can you tell me where can I get the Graphical Call Control Scripts tool software that you use in this video? I have an ECC Server (v5.1) and can access Call Center Director, but can’t find the Graphical tool anywhere. Thanks!
