Python Script that checks OTRS CSV exports against Google Calendar

Wheeeee it runs! I made a working Python/Google API script for something I needed. What this basically does, you export OTRS help desk queries to a CSV file, then run this python script against that CSV file, and it uses the Google API to do a Full Text Search against the Google Calendar, in which you will get a return of any events found on a calendar of your choice. This can be tweaked for use on Any file, any query system, but I needed to check for Ticket numbers against Google Calendar and see if they existed or not…

@alfridokiller1 Thanks, I’m now working on using the same script to directly check the OTRS MySQL DB instead, should be very efficient.
